Port St. Lucie, FL - The City of Port St. Lucie is set to host the "Before You Sign the Lease Workshop" on Tuesday, January 23. The workshop aims to provide valuable insights and guidance to business owners who are looking to launch or expand their organizations.

According to the City's Office of Economic Development, the workshop is essential for those planning to buy, build, lease, or expand their businesses. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about important aspects of developing business plans and gain a better understanding of government regulations, occupancy and zoning requirements, Florida building codes, and the business tax and approval processes.

"This workshop is designed to guide entrepreneurs on the City's requirements and factors to consider when selecting a business location," said a spokesperson from the Office of Economic Development.

The workshop will also offer participants a chance to win a free membership with the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, valued at $395.00. The Chamber's basic level membership provides a year of valuable benefits, including networking and marketing opportunities, at no extra cost to the business. Additionally, 50 free business cards will be given away to lucky attendees.

The workshop will take place at City of Port St. Lucie City Hall, located at 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Building B, Training Room. Lunch will be provided free of charge.
