The Health Department is conducting a survey of Indian River County residents to identify community-specific health needs and priority actions to address them, with a particular emphasis on access to healthy foods.
The department is requesting the community’s help in completing this survey. Please share this with friends, family, and neighbors to help the department reach as many residents as possible.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous. Surveys need to be completed by end of day May 31.
