St. Lucie County is announcing a brief postponement for the launch of the new online permitting platform (known as Tyler EnerGov) to Friday, April 29. The launch is being postponed one week from the previously announced go-live date of April 22 to ensure the best quality roll-out of the system. The St. Lucie County staff has made gains in preparing for the launch; however, a few items exist that require additional time to address.
Staff apologize for any inconvenience, but this additional time will allow us to ensure a successful implementation. St. Lucie County’s staff is committed to delivering the best-quality product and service to our customers.
The new online platform is expected to go-live on Friday, April 29. The online portal will allow users to track site development plans, building and site development permits, environmental permits, code compliance service requests, and contractor licenses all in one place.
