Port St. Lucie hosts free holiday concert featuring Phat Cat Swinger

The City of Port St. Lucie is hosting the PSLinLights Party, featuring a holiday concert by Phat Cat Swinger, on Friday, December 13. The event will begin at 5 p.m. at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, located at 9221 S.E. Event Center Place, with free admission.

Families are invited to enjoy an evening filled with various activities such as dance lessons, a visit from Santa Claus, a faux snowball zone, and children's crafts. Attendees can also admire residential holiday light displays and learn about city departments while enjoying complimentary cookies and hot cocoa.

Phat Cat Swinger will perform at the event, offering a mix of pop and swing music with holiday flair. The band promises to deliver performances that blend elements of Sinatra and Bublé with Bruno Mars' grooves in a swing style.

Songs featured in their performance include classics like "Frosty the Snowman," "Sleigh Ride," "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer," and "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch."
