Notice of Land Development Regulations Text Amendment Public Hearing

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will consider the adoption of a county ordinance amending the text of the land development regulations. A public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers of County Administration Building A, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. 

The proposed amendment is included in a proposed ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING TITLE IX - LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 971 - REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC LAND USES, SECTION 971.41 – RESIDENTIAL USES, SUBSECTION 10 – ACCESSORY SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE The text amendment may be inspected by the public at the Community Development Department in County Administration Building A, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
