Rep. Brian Mast, a current member of the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 21st district, has been vocal on various issues through his social media posts. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a Harvard University Extension School graduate, Mast has been serving since 2017 after succeeding Patrick Murphy.

On March 13, 2025, Rep. Brian Mast posted about government spending reforms. He shared a tweet indicating actions towards reducing governmental waste: "Cutting government waste in action."

The following day, March 14, he commented on the exercise of free speech rights amidst recent political debates. In his tweet, he acknowledged the vitality of assembly rights while expressing concern over rational discourse: "Happy to see the first amendment right to assemble is alive and well. Reason seems to be taking a hit, unfortunately." He also included reminders related to legislative votes that drew partisan reactions.

Later that same day, Rep. Mast highlighted improvements in veterans' healthcare under the current administration led by President Biden and Secretary of Veterans Affairs: "Under @POTUS and @SecVetAffairs veterans’ healthcare is once again a priority."
