Treasure Coast Sun

Of the 45,855 people living in Fort Pierce in 2020, 51.6 percent (23,644) were women and 48.4 percent (22,211) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Treasure Coast Sun.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 2,449. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,666 females and 3,911 males.
