City Commissioners attended a Press Conference to learn about a new bill filed by Congressman Brian Mast titled the "Northern Estuaries Restoration Plan Act (NERP)."
The bill would create a comprehensive road map within Everglades Restoration to eliminate harmful discharges to northern estuaries like the St. Lucie.
