This program is a paid employment opportunity that allows candidates (high school graduates or equivalent) to begin an exciting and rewarding career in the general aviation industry; while enhancing new experiences, skills and knowledge. Additionally, our apprenticeship program allows 10 new apprentices annually to complete a fully funded two-year program at Indian River State College (IRSC), while receiving a combination of on-the-job training.
