STUART, Fla. - Congressman Brian Mast (FL-21) announced he will use Florida’s Sunshine Law to request all internal documents and communications from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and its Acquisition and Restoration Council (ARC) regarding the proposed plan to bulldoze Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

“We will be doing a public records request for relevant FDEP staff and the ARC members who will be voting on whether to turn Hobe Sound Mountain Observation Tower into a par five,” said Congressman Mast. “Our community deserves answers.”
