Test shot to get the exposure right for a portrait shoot I was starting, I took this without even looking through the viewfinder but I was so happy with it even though it was unintentionally a great shot. | Unsplash by Kieran White

Live trees can be disposed of on the county's normal residential yard waste and vegetation day- Wednesday of each week. Remember to remove all decorations such as ornaments, lights and other objects prior to placing the tree on the curb for pickup. Trees will be mulched!

Artificial trees should be discarded as trash if they can’t be donated.

Many other holiday items can be recycled. See which ones you can and can't place in your recycle bin by visiting martin.fl.us/ChristmasTreeDisposal
