Of the 21,081 people living in Florida Ridge in 2020, 48.3 percent (10,180) were women and 51.7 percent (10,901) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Treasure Coast Sun.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 456. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,196 females and 2,500 males.
