The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Osvaldo Vazquez, Oz for Congress, refunded $800 to Matthew Herrington on October 14, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Oz for Congress refunded $48,200 total since May 1.
