Rep. Brian Mast questions national security and criticizes environmental decisions

Rep. Brian Mast, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida's 21st District since 2017, recently shared a series of tweets addressing issues related to national security and environmental concerns. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a Harvard graduate, Mast has been vocal about various political matters.

On December 7th, 2024, Rep. Mast raised questions regarding the credibility of national security officials by asking: "How many of these so-called 'national security officials' peddled the lie that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation?"

Later that day, at 16:54 UTC, he expressed his support for former President Trump with a brief statement: "President Donald John Trump."

At 17:41 UTC on the same day, Rep. Mast criticized the Army Corps of Engineers for their actions affecting local waterways. He stated: "Ahead of Christmas, the Army Corps is giving our community a terrible present — and it’s the Middle Finger... The Army Corps should STOP THE DISCHARGES."
