Rep. Brian Mast, who represents Florida’s 21st district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on July 26, 2025, highlighting his recent legislative activities and opinions on national issues.

In his first tweet of the day, Mast provided an overview of his week in Washington: “From supplying our Coasties with the resources they need to marking up foreign affairs legislation to put America first, it’s been a productive week here in Washington. Later that afternoon, he acknowledged American workers as Made in America Week concluded: “As Made in America Week comes to a close, a huge “thank you” to the hardworking Americans whose daily dedication make our country great.

That evening, Mast addressed border security and criticized current federal policies: “Securing our borders makes it safer for everyone. What the Biden Administration did by leaving our borders wide open is unforgivable. https://t.co/kHGaiOLySY” (July 26, 2025).

Mast has served as the representative for Florida’s 21st district since replacing Patrick Murphy in 2017 and previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently residing in Fort Pierce, Mast graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a bachelor’s degree in 2016.
