Rep. Brian Mast, U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 21st district since 2017, recently shared a series of updates on his social media accounts regarding law enforcement recognition, national education outcomes, and political achievements.

On January 25, 2026, Mast announced support from the National Police Association for his legislative efforts to honor fallen officers and first responders: “Great news—last week, @NatPoliceAssoc announced they’re all in for the Medal of Sacrifice, supporting my efforts to honor law enforcement officers and first responders killed in the line of duty.”

Later that same day, Mast commented on improvements in education metrics: “Graduation rates are up! Your hard work paid off, and our nation’s future is bright.” The post highlighted recent increases in graduation rates nationwide.

On January 26, 2026, Mast reflected on the anniversary of Republican control across both legislative chambers and the presidency: “It’s been one full year since we solidified the Republican trifecta in Washington, and we’ve accomplished a lot. I’m looking forward to the many more America First wins to come.”

Mast has represented Florida’s 21st District in Congress since replacing Patrick Murphy in 2017. He previously served in the Florida House of Representatives and graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a BA in 2016. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980, he currently resides in Fort Pierce.
