Rep. Brian Mast, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 21st district, has recently shared his thoughts on several issues via social media. His comments reflect his ongoing commitment to the America First agenda and fiscal responsibility.

On June 2, 2025, Rep. Mast highlighted a significant decrease in egg prices since the current administration took office. He stated, “The America First agenda in action: egg prices down SIXTY-ONE PERCENT since @POTUS took office.” This remark underscores his support for policies he believes are benefiting American consumers.

Later that day, Mast expressed views on team dynamics within the military and its application to federal employment practices. He remarked, “In the military, you don’t care what the people on your team look like or how many pennies they have in their pocket. All you care about is that they’re the best person for the job and that they’re going to get the team home safely.” He advocated for similar principles to be applied within federal agencies.

On June 4, 2025, Rep. Mast thanked President Biden for leadership regarding a rescission package aimed at eliminating wasteful spending at governmental departments such as the State Department and USAID. He tweeted, “Thank you, @POTUS, for your leadership on this rescission package… Under the Trump Administration, we’ll make sure that every dollar puts America first.” This statement reflects his continued focus on ensuring fiscal responsibility within government spending.

Brian Mast was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently resides in Fort Pierce. He graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a BA in 2016.
