Rep. Brian Mast, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 21st district since 2017, posted several updates on his social media account in late March 2026.

On March 23, Mast referenced another user’s statement with the comment “Couldn’t have said it better myself, Chuck.”

The following day, he congratulated a colleague on a recent appointment: “Congratulations to my good friend @SenMullin on his confirmation as the next @DHSgov secretary. I know it’ll be in good hands, brother!” This message was posted on March 24.

Later that same day, Mast commented on airport security delays over the weekend by stating: “If you flew this weekend and had to deal with long lines at security, thank a Congressional Democrat!”

Mast has represented Florida’s 21st District in Congress since succeeding Patrick Murphy in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently residing in Fort Pierce, Mast earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University Extension School in 2016.
