Rep. Brian Mast, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 21st district, used his social media platform on March 24, 2026, to call for legislative action and increased accountability regarding public service funding and road safety.

In one post published at 15:32 UTC, Mast wrote: “This needs to end. Fund DHS. Pay American public servants & security officials.”

Later that day, at 17:37 UTC, Mast addressed the issue of unlicensed drivers and called for passage of specific legislation: “Pass Dalilah’s Law. It’s nothing short of outrageous that we share our roads with illegal aliens who can’t understand basic road signs or even speak English.

Blue states should face consequences for issuing improper licenses and trucking companies should be empowered to hire”

A follow-up post at 17:39 UTC simply stated: “MORE:” with an accompanying link.

Mast has served in Congress since replacing Patrick Murphy in 2017 and previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently resides in Fort Pierce. In addition to his political career, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University Extension School in 2016.
