Rep. Brian Mast, who represents Florida’s 21st district in the U.S. Congress, announced on April 1, 2026, that his Service Academy Nomination page for the Class of 2027 is now live and accepting applications.
In a tweet posted at 18:34 UTC on April 1, Mast stated: “Calling Class of ‘27: my 2026 Service Academy Nomination page is live with the resources & forms you need to complete the nomination request. Applications are due by November 1, 2026! https://t.co/s0d0u0woEH”. He followed up moments later with another post linking to additional information: “MORE: https://t.co/FEdQiPsxrU”.
Later that day, Mast addressed economic policy developments via social media. At 21:09 UTC on April 1, he wrote: “More American factories, more American equipment, and more American jobs.

Brian Mast has served as a member of Congress since replacing Patrick Murphy in Florida’s 21st district in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently residing in Fort Pierce at age 42, Mast graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a BA in 2016.
