Rep. Brian Mast, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 21st district, posted a series of messages on his social media account in early January 2026 addressing commitments to constituents, honoring military service members, and offering assistance with federal agencies.

On January 3, Mast wrote: “Promises made, Promises kept.”

Two days later, on January 5, he posted: “Freedom is never free. Thank you to all of my brothers and sisters in arms who have fought for our freedom. I am proud to be an American.”

Later that same day, Mast offered support to constituents facing bureaucratic challenges: “Traveling this year and running into a passport issue? If you need assistance with a federal agency, our office is here to help.”

Mast has represented Florida’s 21st congressional district since 2017 after replacing Patrick Murphy. He previously served in the Florida House of Representatives and graduated from Harvard University Extension School in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980, Mast currently resides in Fort Pierce.
