The Neighborhood Services Department Community Programs Division has completed the Draft 2025 State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Annual Report. The report details the program’s accomplishments and activities for the year. It will be open for public comment from August 11, 2025, through August 22, 2025.

Residents can review the Draft 2025 SHIP Annual Report online as a PDF or in person at the Neighborhood Services Department in City Hall, located at 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd.

According to the department, “The Florida Housing Finance Corporation administers the SHIP Program, which provides funds to local governments as an incentive to create partnerships that produce and preserve affordable home ownership. SHIP funds are distributed on an entitlement basis to all 67 counties and 52 Community Development Block Grant entitlement cities in Florida.”
