On Sunday, April 6, former Indian River Charter High School standout Danny Baez’s current college team, the Florida Atlantic Owls, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the East Carolina Pirates.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. at FAU Stadium against Memphis Tigers.
