Rep. Brian Mast, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 21st district, recently shared a series of messages on social media addressing health awareness, community gratitude, and individual achievements.

On June 17, 2025, Rep. Mast emphasized the importance of early detection in health care by acknowledging National Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month. He urged individuals to “know the signs and know when to see a doctor” in his tweet.

The following day, June 18, he expressed gratitude towards first responders in Martin County. In his message, he thanked Captain Foster, Chief Shell, and all first responders for their life-saving efforts. He extended his condolences to families who have lost loved ones over the summer, stating that “these losses are nothing short of devastating” on Twitter.

Later on June 18th, Rep. Mast congratulated an individual named Anyely for her accomplishments and representation of the Ft. Pierce community. He conveyed his anticipation for her future achievements through another post.

Brian Mast has served in Congress since replacing Patrick Murphy in 2017 after previously serving in the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1980 and currently residing in Fort Pierce, he graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a BA in 2016.
